توصيل صوت اصحاب النشاط الى مستوى اخذ القرار فى اللجان التى تنبثق عن اتحاد الصنعات مثل اللجان الضريبية و لجان التجارة الداخلية و لجان العمل و خلافة و اصحاب الاعمال ويتمثل في مد أجهزة الدولة بالتصورات العلمية والأفكار والمقترحات البناءه لتطوير صناعة الحبوب ودعمها وتنميتها بتوجدها فى العديد من اللجان المفوض لها اصدار القرارات الحيوي والمؤثرة فى الصناعه . تمثيل أصحاب الأعمال في المؤتمرات واللجان الصناعية . تصدر الغرفة نشرة دورية كل ثلاثة شهور توزع بالمجان على السادة الأعضاء وجميع الوزارات والهيئات المرتبطة أعمالها بالغرفة * دراسة التشريعات والقوانين وإبداء الرأي فيها قبل إصدارها تمثيل أصحاب الأعمال في المؤتمرات واللجان الفنية والعمالية . تمثيل أصحاب الاعمال فى المؤتمرات واللجان الضريبية و يشكل مجلس ادارة غرفة الحبوب من حمسة عشر عضوا يتم انتخاب 10 منهم من اعضاء الجمعية العمومية للغرفة و يقوم السيد الدكتور وزير الصناعة بتعين 5 اعضاء بذالك التشكيل الكامل لمجلس الادارة على ان يتم انتخاب رئيس مجلس الادارة وتوابعة من 15 اعضاء المجلس بانتخاب داخلى بحضور السيد رئيس مجلس اتحاد الصنعات و مجلس ادارة الغرفى الحالى
